So finally IFB is on the PR drive. But in the wrong direction. Instead of solving the issues it has appointed people to manage the negative reviews. The comment by Ms Sunitha 'Every machines has its own limits and benifits. never evaluate IFB washing machies or the service persons from one or two co...mments. It affects the reputation of a well equipped company' is such initiative. Ms Sunitha, how much you got from IFB for this comment?
