Now Daikin people have found an excuse that it is because that i didnt get the ac serviced from them. During free service the service engineer didnt even wash the unit properly. See their response:
Dear Vivek,
The unit was serviced in 2013 under free service and the fault was not pointed out even ...then. You can check your records.
You service engineer has admitted that installation was wrong. It was not rectified in the free service in 2013.
I am now not sure if i should trust your judgment now and am extremely disappointed at having spent rs 2 lacs at Daikin.
The only way i look forward is that you refill gas free of cost so that we can at least identify the real problem.

The fittings can be loose at the time of operation of the machines. Sir, you know the service is not only means to wash or clean the machine but to check it thoroughly either the machine is functioning well or not.We can take the precautions at the time of service if their is any malfunctioning in the machine or if it is not performing well.
As your concern is for gas leakage,sir we would like to bring this in your kind notice it might be due to the Non servicing of the units.As this unit is 3 years old so only the compressor is under warranty rest all the faults are on chargeable basis.For the gas charging you have to pay Rs. 4000/- approx.
Kindly approve the estimate, so that we could rectify your gas leakage problem.
