It's good that you are buying it from an owner and not SDL directly. However, don't get carried away by the facilities, landscaping etc. Any top builder has them and my honest opinion is Purva is the best in those regards. Also, be very careful about the agreement you sign - it's extremely lopsided ...and may come back to haunt you later.Read More

Sobha was a different organization in the times of Onyx or Garnet. The folks then worked hard to establish a reputation. The current crop is all set to ruin that. One should be very careful now and not get carried away by Sobha's past glory.
