Hello Your point is wrong.Serious Problem was with the poor quality work done for the wall .your team was supposed to have used your product Damp proof to arrest water ingress.I paid a hefty amount for that! It appears Damp proof was NOT applied.Hence the problem has recurred. Since the work is s...till under warranty and since your team is refusing to rectify it I am within my rights to get the repair work done at your risk and cost.I have informed about this to your chennai office also.I am not going to send more communication on this.Read More
