@ cancer i have no problems in returning the product , but 15 days wait for refund is not justified is it? anyways i have given the product to the courier person today lets see how long these people take for my refund , i will keep you all posted

Thanks for your reply, We are wasting time discussing it here, lets meet in consumer forum. i have cancelled the courier pick up you had scheduled . I do not mind keeping the defective product and give negative feedbacks so that all customers are aware of the quality of products you send.

I am not satisfied with your resolution i need refund and then pick up the product , Why should i wait till the product is tested by seller????, kindly note i am not sending back the product without getting refund and the first option you mentioned of contacting the manufacturer directly, I do n...ot have time to travel to the manufacturers shop, its 20 kms away from my place it does not make sense for such a run around for a 400 Rs product does it???????Read More

27k is too much for a netbook, we get good acer 15' screen dual core processor laptops for lesser than 26k..

I personally am not in favour of netbooks , no dvd drive, small screen, cant enjoy movies on it, low volume... and the list goes on....

I agree that it is a costly provider, i have been using it since a year now i am satisfied with the service , i have friends using other DTH service none are satisfied . I dont think paying a little extra for good service is a bad idea.
