I agree with venkatesh as I am also facing the same problems.My laptop's hinges got dysfunctional only after use of 6 months I suggest HCL should stop making laptops as they are not technologically competent to do that

Hcl laptops are worst peace of workmanship they are meant only for few cycles of operations touchpad and hinges of laptop gets dysfunctional very soon Hcl is not technologically competent to manufacture laptop so they should go out of this business
