Ok Guys I am back with the good news. It has been 10 days since I have started my weight loss program and have lost a stagerring 11.5 kgs (believe you me). I am not able to believe it myself, but its true. So guys, all the best, it works. Now am aiming for a complete 25 kgs wt loss (my aim) Almost ...half way through within first 10 days, rest of the journey will be difficult as initially a lot of water retention would have been removed.
