mouth shut is not use full , because it does not make any difference to the builder like nitesh. they know very well that we can not do anything to them. do one thing go to office & make hangama etc, otherwise you will not get money back.

nitesh also fake real estate. we booked nitesh chelsea, but nitesh took our money & ran away.
