Booking ID -NF2202228368671 Booking Attempt on September 5th and refund processed on September 18th after I called to complain about it not being processed. Booking ID -NF2202727955111 Booking Attempt on August 14th and refund automatically processed on August 27th The other three IDs my colle...agues did not keep track of. That is 5 attempts that got screwed up by you in around a month where you retained our money (a total of around Rs. 58,000) for more than a week at an average and did nothing to fix the damage. Because of your site screwup in taking my money and not giving me a ticket, at the late hour I did not have the funds to immediately obtain another ticket and missed a very important meeting. When I called up you customer care to fix the issue, three separate times I was told that they would try to get the tickets booked and get back to me within the hour and there was no response from them after. Considering the number of times I have got called back by your customer care when attempting to book a ticket and not having my credit card processed for some reason where upon they made all efforts to book the tickets and let me pay through IVR and so on, it is obvious that your customer care is only about getting my money into your pocket and once you have it there the service ends. It would not be difficult for your customer care to have booked the tickets for me having already got my money. I even offered to pay any difference in the fares through the IVR but you couldn't be bothered. I even spoke to the supervisor in charge and still there was nothing done. Additionally, rubbing salt in the wound when I called to check up as to why my refund was not processed, I was informed that it was a technical glitch and that they would be glad to cancel my ticket for me at which time I could expect to get the refund after two weeks. I find the interface very comfortable and fast. It is easy to see the fares on various dates and airlines. The one-click booking works like a charm.
