the return product has been received by pepperfry on 23rd, have contacted them daily, yet no response. Please don't waste your money on such fraudulent site.

Sent the item back on 21 July 2012. One more flaw in their return policy, they refund only rs 150/- of courier charges. Now for a 2.5 kg item to be shipped to mumbai DTDC asked me rs 600/- . Had to roam around entire city for a cheaper alternative...!!! Finally lowest one I found was 200/- still hig...her than what I will get in return (excluding time and fuel spent)Read More

and what is the procedure for cancelling a placed order? your site do not show any such thing? and for corrected price, from 68% discount it has suddenly come down to 11%...!!! now there are other online e-commerce sites offering the same product at lower rate. idea because of which it was bought... from your site was that it was cheapest, which is no longer existent.Read More
