Update: Readers I would like to update you that I tried registering the complaint against Nirmal Bang Securities in SEBI, but they don't handle these kind of issues. So I approached consumer forum. After which IGRP (Investor Grievance Resolution Panel) Meeting was held at NSE, Mumbai where the re...presentative from Nirmal Bang refused to take responsibility for the mistakes committed by their broker - Somnath Dutta. The meeting concluded as Unresolved. In due course of time broker - Somenath Dutta has resigned and left the organisation & joined Religare Securities Ltd. Now I've filed an arbitration against them. The initial hearing was supposed to take place in Mumbai on 3rd Oct'2013 but Nirmal Bang was already having hearing against them in two cases on the same day in MCX, Mumbai. So they requested to postpone this case to 18th Oct'2013. Lets see what happens next.Read More
