Agree with Dr. Kini part. It is now 2.5 years since we had our second baby at Cloud nine (then cradle). Dr. Kini will not spend more than 5 mins with people - if you wish to talk more he will cut you out. This same Dr. Kini used to be patient and talk to us politely back in 2003. I guess fame ...and money changes everything. Avoid, cloud 9 but if you must go there, avoid Dr. Kini.Read More

Good phone with poor reliability

After getting the unit replaced twice in 2 weeks - the current phone seems to be okay. Motorola service center folks tell me that they receive many complaints on the Ming ! So it is a mad rush in the consumer electronics space where time to market takes precedence over quality and reliability. ...
