Pathetic ,Disgusting ,Unprofessional and unreliable bunch of folks running the show . They do not know the value of time and commitment . Most of the time there is an outage and in spite of repeated number of calls no one turns up. When ever you call the customer care first they will not lift all... the time and if they lift they will give a standard response that technician will be coming in 3 to 4 hours .Which will never happen in reality. Speed is not as promised as per the promise. They should stop doing business . I will never recommend this service to anyone Read More
