true, i also bought fully autmatic washing machine - digi zara plus - 8 kgs. it is tearing off all the clothes . when complained they told its because the filter is loose and you need to pay 300 rs for new filter. machine is brand new purchase. when i objected they simply closed the compalint and sa...me happened to recomplaints. they did not escalate the matter and simply kept closing it. Acutal problem is with the motor which is running at high speed and damaging the clothes. but company wont accept. it. - VERY BAD PRODUCT. AVOID AT ALL COST.Read More
