Hi, it is very sad to hear that you had to go through such inconveniences. But I had been a truweight user and I had absolutely no issues. In fact, the dieticians were very cooperative and were constantly in touch with me throughout my program. I took up the 6 months program. I even want to mention ...that I was on a tour while on the program and m dietician, Priya, had specially designed a diet plan that I could follow easily while I was travelling.
