I have two apartments in India and the app will not register me because I'm in the US. When I contacted the customer care, they told me that the app cannot work with international numbers and asked me to stay up 10 PM - 11 PM US time for them to generate OTP. See screenshot of email chain. This is after they didnt generate OTP with this same method previously.
Is this customer orientation? I wish neither of my apartments would use MyGate. I am having to coordinate with the apartment associations over Whatsapp. I will have to continue that way since the associations are relatively accommodating .
