I bought KORYO 1.0 Ton AC on 11th April 2009 from E-Zone, Karol Bagh Store looking at their service offerings as equivalent to LG or Samsung and cost benefit they were offering since they save on Advertising and Marketing cost. The AC was to be delivered on 13th April but after too much of follow-up with the store and the customer care, it got delivered on 8th day.
This was not all, the delivered AC got fitted 1 week later and after being fitted we realised that the AC never worked and in-spite of multiple follow-up's, nobody is ready to hear our grievance. There is no co-ordination between the store, call center and koryo customer care. God knows how these people operate. I would like to urge everybody NEVER EVER purchase any product of KORYO. I have now decided to register complaint with Consumer court and take them to task.
