Using it since last one year, it is stylish, good looking, and good quality water purifier for my kitchen but I faced service related issue from company side two months ago when I filed a complaint on customer care to check my ro if it is not working properly , even I got a sms on my mobile that u r complaint will be attended with in three days but the truth was no body came to attend complaint for next one week only I got a message after one week that your complaint has been resolved, I totally got surprised,
