Muesli is rolled oats along with dry fruits and nuts which often help people to maintain a healthy diet and weight.
But the type of muesli which kellogs is selling is not muesli at all.it has maximum cornflakes and a few proportion of oats and barley and the biggest drawback is that it is so sweet, .
I think they have some added sugar which is so unhealthy.people in foreign countries usually take muesli to maintain slim weight but if one takes kellogs muesli daily one is sure to gain weight because as such cornflakes has a high glycemic index plus because of the added sugar.overall I would request kellogs kindly not to add the extra sugar.and pls dont sell it in the name of muesli
