this is with regards to complaint to your help line 2 weeks or more ago. I had purchased a kellogs sugar free muesli pack { I am ...sorry was your regular customer}.14 October 2012 manufacture, batch 1C14/02:24. 97% cornflakes and 2% other mix. poor taste and quality.
I got a reply phone from your representative but I was busy with patients hence requested her to call back. no reply so far. worse she had asked me to preserve packet....and do what?
I want you to note:
- you feel and treat the customer as an idiot.
2.i will never buy and urge fellow friends never to buy your products.
I do not want your s... product to mollify me.

when contacted Ms Anshu : Operator transferred call to Ms Pranali who did not answer calls and on calling back Ms Anshu : corporate office Mumbai replied “Nothing can be done “.
I have cc'd this to your company headquarters in USA... let them know their team's efforts in India
