It has been 5 months but I still don't know how to preheat this oven?? So confusing.


I tried to make a pizza in this oven but it didn't preheat and I also tried to contact KAFF but nothing happened. I am frustrated with this oven.


Any solutions on how to preheat this oven?


Please HELP!
