Could not be more disappointed than this. WORST. Review on inalsa Food Processor Kitchen Master 1000W

First of all, I wish to say that, my review is out of personal experience of using the processor for almost 3 odd years.

We used to have Inalsa food processor earlier and it served us really well and thus, we decided to go with the same brand this time with a more powerful machine, which we bought ONLINE.

From the day 1 nothing went right.

1. Blades of the SS Jar are BLUNT. Has no sharpness whatsoever

   
   




2. The material of the entire Food processor is low cost, low quality.

   
   




3. The mechanism provided this time is extremely clumsy. markings are not clearly visible to fix the jars in the right away.

   
   




4. The button develops play after 15 days of use.

   
   

Now regarding After Sales:

1. No one comes for Service during warranties.

   
   




2. Customer Care kind of does not exist. If at all, they should be called Customer Careless.

   
   

I guess, one needs to find a better product / brand as Inalsa has lost it.
