Think again having served by IBIBO.com, one can expect an extremely bad service! When customers like me who are new to these travel sites when looking for an assistance will certainly expect to have an best service. This is what happened, When I wanted to book a flight ticket for an domestic airline and contacted these guyz they replied me back saying all the booking s for domestic flight need to be done online as they don't book over the call, which I was really okay doing. During which I made an mistake of selecting the time and happened to book a flight on a wrong time and called back stating the same. In reply they told me that we will have to reschedule but there would be charges applied, which I thought isn't right.

Then after some conflicts I agreed to reschedule with the stated fee and got the ticket booked for the right time. Then my cousin who used to book flight ticket for me and told me that there are no fees attached in the situation like I had and which is genuine since I have called them immediately after the happenings who also told me this happened with her twice and was able to reschedule without any fees and this was from the other travel site MAKEMYTRIP.com.

Then I started feeling I was being cheated and called up IBIBO.com and said the same thing over, where they gave me an explanation that they can't have any rescheduling done without a fee based option and this argument continued for an hour then called up the airline's call centre, where the rep told me that if something like this happens I am supposed to call up before I re schedule and now that I've rescheduled on the words of IBIBO.com who told me they are helpless. Which then I completely blamed IBIBO.com for not routing me to them. This conversation ended up in emails and series of calls for about 3 days and ended up nowhere.

I accept the mistake has happened but when it comes to their part, they failed to do it. I really felt this is really a crap service!

WILL NEVER EVER OPT OR RECOMMEND IBIBO.COM to anyone!
