This may be a big question for many one, especially of those who were not able to understand their work at the same company. There had been many people in the company who came and stayed for a few days and then left the company as they were not able to adapt themselves with the working condition of iHorse Technologies.
There are many such things that has attracted me and I hope many ones would love and think about the same, if they are thinking negative about iHorse Technologies. This is explained in the following points:
Support: All the employees would agree that there was a good managerial support on every task as that used to make us to enjoy our work in a positive manner. This had really been the best thing for me to have such a pleasurable working condition where everything was on the confidence of support.
Encouragement: There are good encouraging aspect that many of the employees felt after leaving this company. Some of them have been succeeded to join back but there were some who failed badly as they never get another chance to be back in any position.
Team work: You too would love to be a part of such team where everyone is a boss and works in a very positive environment. We never felt any competition within the organisation. It was a good thing for me that I was able to enjoy my presence in different project teams. Finally I enjoyed my work in iHorse Technologies.
