It was a bit shocking for me when I started working for ihorse technologies. Earlier, I found it happening in a haphazard manner but after a few days, I started finding it in a positive way. I remember the days when it looked as a tough thing to get along with the running format but soon, I was able to behave in a very positive manner, as I was able to find most of the things happening on the higher side.
Being an experienced person to join the company, I really felt bad and started thinking that I have come at the wrong place in my career growth but after finding the results to the customers, I was finally able to change the mind of mine. Now, I have started enjoying the workflow at ihorse technologies that is really focused in delivery the best and suitable solutions to the end users.
I would sincerely admit this that I have not seen this type of culture at any other such company. Here, the newer are able to explore their growth world while the experienced people have the better chance to enhance their skill in a much smoother way. I really want to highlight the best part of this work culture that the people or the clients of this company have kept their faith in a positive way and they keep our people very busy due to any small and big opportunities.
This is the level of the trust that has been evolved by the users of the solutions by Ihorse technologies. I too recommend many of my old companies customers who too have told me that this type of working has really helped them to achieve the goal of the organization. It is not that easy to handle such a fast solution providers. The credit also goes to the management who keep themselves busy in all the manner and make many young ones to enjoy6 their work like any game.
Gamification is the thing that works in a very positive way and makes the work culture to be very smooth and transparent. Not just to some client’s requirements, but ihorse keep itself to develop some such applications that finally get selected by many of the customers in a very positive manner. I too have felt it and seen most of the things to be moving in a very positive manner at this company.
Now, I have started enjoying the way the work flows in the company as that really enhances the quality of the service in this industry. Currently, I am not looking to think beyond ihorse but expecting it to grow as the best solution providers in the list. There have not been any such instances where, I felt that something is being done in a wrong manner to any employee. Though, whenever I see any employee sad, then I also find someone to encourage him/her to do the best and avoid any kind of stress. It really works like a family and a team.
