I joined Igate in nov 2014.The first bad experience is they cheated me and hired me as a fresher although I am experienced guy.The entire management is so frustrating that you cant make your mind for going office everyday.
The crowd is so dull and work environment is f.king.even managers and HRs are not helpful.You are not suppose to take any leaves and process are such f.k.If you are aligned with RBC Falcon project then your life would become hell.So plz do not join this f.king company ever otherwise you will regret for entire life.Its the worst company with cheap mentality management.The transport is pathetic. Don't afraid about the bond its not legal and they cant do anything about it.
If you are looking for a job or wants to change the job, I would advise think twice before joining I Gate.
