Worst company ever to work with. I joined igate as a fresher in campus recruitment in 2010. I was told that it would be either in testing or development and was made to sign 2 years bond and only on joining I got to know that we were going to work in a call center. It was so frustrating and felt so heart broken. We tried talking to HRs but it was of no use and finally ended up working in a call taking process for 2 years and that too it was the worst working environment ever.
The process name was Falcon and the managers are VULTURES. Just for name sake we used to have leave balance but u can never take them even if u are dying. They made us work in most pathetic shift like 11.30 pm to 9.30 am and even on weekends. Ur career wil go for toss and for girls it is even worst.
Now finally I am working as software tester in a decent company. Even now igate has to pay me 6250/- for my night shift allowance for which I am sending constant emails but not receiving any replies. Guys if u r freshers and desperately looking for job never ever accept an offer from igate. Even if u are join and get to know that u will be working in FALCON, quit the job and search for another one right next moment.
Do not worry about the bond it is not valid and they cant do anything about it. What ever I have mentioned is not exaggeration that is what I have exactly experienced at igate.
