Very tasty and Self made fast food I would say. Review on iD Idly & Dosa Batter

I like dosa and idly very much, and I think many of us do. I happen to buy ID Idly and Dosa better yesterday. For those of us who like "Dosa & idly" and dont know to make or dont want to mess around making dosa batter ourselves, I would say its ID IDLY & DOSA BATTER is a boon. We can prepare about 10 Dosas of paper thickness which would be very crisp brown color and tasty. Usually this has a shelf life of 3 days.So we could keep it in refrigerator and use it when we are hungry or return home late night from office starving. Although I speculate they might use yeast for dosa batter to rise, this might cause acidity sometimes. Also I liked the way this company refreshes the stocks in the all the outlets promptly. Besides taste I liked the promptness which makes this product more reliable. Coming to cost, initially this was bit cheaper by nowadays I feel its bit costly Rs 70 for 1 Kg of batter. Possibly company should consider reducing the cost and make profits in volumes.
