It fails to detect network. Review on iBerry Auxus AX03G

This product is totally an inferior quality cheaper Chinese re branded product.  Not at all worth the money. Their customer support is so pathetic as they just call up and argue with us for long duration. I purchased the tablet in July 2012 and till it received it fails to detect any mobile network. It cant be used as a phone nor for any browsing. I tried with Aircel, Airtel & BSNL sim with this tablet. None of the SIMS shown any network using this tablet.

For the online ticket I opened in their site they had asked me to download a new firmware from there site and install. However it did'nt helped much but to improve the battery backup from 1 hour to almost 2-3 hours. As my problem was not solve I went in searh of the company as per the address stated in their website.

However on reaching the shop no.8, no4, second line beach, chennai-1 there is the shop Micro Sys, he( P. Umapathy) informed me that his shop dont have any collaboration with iberry. The iberry representative will come every day evening and collect the tablets for repairs and he is mearly a seller and he just coordinates for the sale. The address of iberry as stated in their website( http://www.Iberry.Asia) is of micro sys. This means that without providing a proper address the company is entered into e commerce business by providing fake address to their buyers. And for the tablet that is given for service no receipt or any documentation is provided. However on 08-09-2012 I collected the tablet back after intimated by the store(I called up) that item is ready after service . At the shop while collecting they informed that as there is no good network inside their building I would not be able to check the status there. However even now the tablet is not detecting any network. This product is not worth for rs 10, 000.00

The product is useless and the company's address is fake. Don't ever buy iberry, for saving some thousands you will end up in bigger loss.
