Never purchase IBALL products, very 3rd class experience with service center, I have submitted my tablet for touch screen and charging point issue on 13th August 2016, which was in warranty, after n no if visit to service center and follow up with customer care I have not yet got device back even not confirm date to get back device.
Now these people will give you commitment of next week, next week and next week which never happens.
Now I am going to file case in consumer court for same.
