Would like to inform you that your service center has given me the tablet today evening, the piece is still defective, Its been a pathetic experience to receive a tablet after 1 month of delayed service in a dead condition .

What am I supposed to do? Now I realize why Mr Renjith has told me to approach consumer court for a solution.

I purchased an iball slide on march8 from Kerala, it is defective , Since I am residing in Chennai I have tried several times to reach your Chennai service center over phone to get the exact address so that I can take it for service . My calls were never picked up . My home town is in calicut kerala so I called up the calicut service center and informed the same and got reply that I can bring to calicut service centre when I come home and get it rectified . I have taken the tablet to calicut service centre on 22 nd and was shocked to get a reply that since its beyond 7 days they cant give replacement and returned the tablet as per the discussion with Mr Ranjith service head of Cochin Kerala, I have spoke to Mr Renjith that the delay happened because iball service centre in chennai was not picking my call and the address in your website is not adequate to trace the exact location . This was informed to calicut service centre also which he clarified with them and agreed but later again brought the technical point of the 7 days clause and I have been denied replacement or service. On asking what is the other solution he has informed that his decision is final and only Consumer Court order against the company in this regard will be the only option to get a solution.

I would like to get a proper professional solution in this regard as its clearly evident that you have sold a low quality product and denying service and carrying out fraud practice to cheat the customer. The behavior of Mr Renjith is an insult to the whole customers care concept and calls for legal action.
