Hi friends,
I want to share my experience with this IBall Slide Brisk Tablet and I have purchased this for my child and as he is interested in playing games so I bought this to him and the functioning of the tablet is very slow and it takes more time to perform any operation and there is heating problem on this tablet and the battery problem is also present in this tablet and the ease of use is very easy and it takes high amount of time to open an operation.The cost of the device is very high.
Network coverage:
The network coverage is very slow and the functioning is also very slow and there is a lot of disturbance in the call.
Customer service:
The customer service is very poor and when I called them to say the issue and they are saying the word sorry and they said that there no chance for replacement and I am very much hurt for purchasing such a valuable product to my child.
Charges and the billing:
The charges and the billing are not so high but the cost of repairing the damaged tablet is very high.
