I truly repent this purchase. iBall Slide Brisk 4G2 is the worst electronic gadget ever purchased by me. It is working now but of no use other than a paperweight or a nice digital clock. I am not able to use the camera of the tablet at all.
Price of iBall Slide Brisk 4G2
I don't know after thinking what the company has put this price for this worst ever tablet.I paid the full amount for it but the disappointing part is that the tablet stopped working just after 3 months of normal use. The price is not at all justified for this tablet.
Performance of iBall Slide Brisk 4G2
It is like a dark spot on the name of performance. The performance of the tablet just decreased with the time and the user interface became too laggy and sometimes it is unusable as it is now.
Service and Repair of iBall Slide Brisk 4G2
The customer service or repair center of this tablet was not more than a shop in a very small gully. I think the company gave the salary to that guys just for wasting the time in the center. It took almost 7 days to repair the tablet when I first gave it to them. They even did not provide me the receipt. Even there was warranty they charged me extra money by giving some or the other excuse and hence I can say perfectly that this is a scam.
Look and design of the iBall Slide Brisk 4G2
This was a big mistake that I purchased this tablet based on its look and simply when it came in my hand t's initial impressions were really good and I must say it was looking beautiful, but who knew the further story that this would happen with me.
But one thing I would never purchase any product from this company until it is for free. This tablet purchase was completely waste for and hence you never do that same mistake again and next time when you purchase a tablet to make sure you have made your decision to buy that tablet based on the performance and the durability of the gadget and not merely on the look because doing that may waste your money.
