I joined i2s Business solutions in 2014, my HR interview was conducted personally by CEO Subra for their Thailand operation.
Initially, I was happy to join this company because of all those benefits showed by Subra during joining. Bonus, Personal accommodation, salary hikes, multiple countries travel etc etc.
When I joined the office in Thailand, Subra asked me to move into the apartment already shared by other colleagues, and I had to share room with another employee.
Everything was fine until 1st month, then we start getting weekends work from Clients, I asked Subra to help us getting allowances for weekend work or atleast comp-off. Subra/i2s was getting all these benefits from Client so I thought I deserve to be compensated for it.
After 2 months of continuously working on weekends and night-shifts, and still not getting compensated for it, I finally told client that I may not be able to coming this weekend.
When Client informed the same to Subra, Subra told the client without confirmation from me that I will continue to come on weekends.
And on coming Saturday morning, I was in my room sleeping, suddenly other 3 people who were sharing the apartment came to my room and asked me to go to office and I told that I won't go and they should not be too concerned with it as they are not my employer.
Then 2 of them came forward and hold my hand and the 3rd punched me, and then one of the stronger one bent my hand completely.
When I went to see the doctor in the evening, I found some of the bones of my hand were broken.
Out of fear, I immediately left for India by the evening flight with my broken hands, Subra never took actions against those colleagues(they are still employed by Subra and well compensated), I also didn't get my experience letter and the remaining salary balance.
The only mistake I did in my life is joining i2s, and I had to pay 6 months of loss of work experience, loss of pay and Broken hands(which took 6 weeks to heal) and mental harassment.
I request everyone not to join this company, infact I am co-coordinating with all those people who has been harassed by i2s to come forward and bring this company to closure.
