I have worked in this company because of lucrative onsite Malaysia opportunity. But suffered. HR policies are only favoring company and not the employees. There is no job security and the people lie RajKumar and Harish are very mean and have no work ethics.
There is perfectly no job security. If they release you then they will let you serve the notice period but if you yourself resigned then you will be released immediately and will not even give you the notice period compensation. Only go if you don't have any issue with the ZERO job security.
