I do online shopping alot and check various e-commerce website for the best deals and low-cost. I was looking for a hard case printed back cover for my ASUS ZenFone 5 and I found a good cover on ebay and I bought it. Firstly the delivery of the product took more than 10 days and when the product arrived the bottom part of the cover was broken and there was a lot of scratches on the printed part of the cover. The whole look of the cover was disgusting. I emailed them for the defective piece provided and requested for money refund or product replacement and no reply came from their side. I was very disappointed and had the worst experience of shopping from eBay. So I would like you to recommended not to use ebay and choose some other e-commerce website for online shopping.
