One of the Worst customer services in the world. I was asking the customer care via their email, a replacement for a set top box remote control. After an initial reply, no further replies from their side even after I followed it up promptly for a month.
I then copied their superiors(nodaloffier.kl@dishd2h.com, safajmon.pj@dishd2h.com, sreekumar.s.cso@dishd2h.com) in the email to customercared2h@dishd2h.com and still no response, from anyone who received the email.
Never seen such a useless customer care ever.
