I had worst experience today. A service engineer who came to repair(problem was with only two channels vedio) had removed the connection itself because I refused to pay the amount as device was under warranty.
After repair he said I have to pay for receiver and connector. I said its under warranty and refused to pay. I called the customer care and since there was no physical damage they agreed not to pay anything to engineer and it was told to engineer also from customer care. But the engineer kept on arguing. So when I asked him to revert back to how it was earlier he did stupid work. Very cheap service.
