Customer Care call Centre never bother about neither the service nor about the customer. Prices / Tariff Plan goes on increasing. but service will be always same i.e., ZERO. For every service, their is some fixed cost, which was to be born by the customer. Rather than this, better go for Set box of Local area cable. I will never prefer Videocon d2h to any friend. Customer care executives will speak to you in such a worst language without any politeness.
