After purchase ste off box there was issue of not working of remote, videocon have replaced remote 2 times, then concluded that there is issue in set off box, replaced set off box 2 times, then issue started of sound & again set off box replaced. Almost 8 months over. Again issue of non working of remote & new remote purchased with Rs. 325, now within month same issue, videocon is asking charges for changing set off box as warranty of new set off box is 1 year but due to set off box replaced, warranty is only one month. Then I decided to stop the service of the same & request raised. Engineer came at home to check the issue as remote was not working & went back saying tomorrow new remote will be provided freely. No remote is given to me, after 8 days asked same to customer care, reply from customer is "engineer have closed your complaint as new remote is provided & I have paid the amount for the same." even though I have not received the same. Then after 8 days service has stopped. Now I am not getting Rs 2400 balance amount since last 1.5 months as I have recharged it for one year. not getting any answer from customer care. 7 days is a standard time which was promised by customer care while closing the service. After every 7 days taking follow up with customer care & answer is sorry sir for delay but not not committing any date to get the money. No hopes to get the money back, I think now I have lost my money. 3rd class service.
