Maybe Videocon Has been taught to give bad service to its customer.Videocon d2h is the worst dth you can find in India, this bad service can only be provided by videocon.Thier damn STB keeps giving the smart cars error and when I complain to the customer care then they just keep refreshing the account and nothing happens and the last you are forced to buy a new a STB.Thier plan prices are too high when compared to other better dth operators and the dont even give the option to choose the channel you want to watch and only pay them but no they provide a plan which is very expensive and then you need to watch marathi, bengali shows even if you that language or not.The customer care service is very poor it takes about 2-3 minutes to connect your call to the cc and the service provided by them takes around 24 hours to take place.
ITS BEST TO GO FOR ANOTHER DTH OPERATOR FOR SURE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY GO FOR THE ONE WHO PROVIDES THE BESY SERVICE AND MORE FEATURES
