I have Videocon D2H connection. From last few days I am not receiving any signal in box . Raised the complaint with their customer care, but still engineer visit is pending.
When ever I do follow up for complaint - customer care team says they will raise priority of issue, and engineer will visit within 24 hours.Donno know what they mean by raising priority as from past three days same drama is happeing.
When I ask to transfer my call to some higher representative.they just forward the call wher no one picks! their serive sucks.
