Didnt wanted to write this but got so much frustated in last one month. to all those who are looking for new d2h services dont ever go fr videcon . they are the worst company in this business. if u go fr it only thing u will do is to regret. I was using tata skytill last year but den few channels were nt availaible hence I switched to videocon the decision I m regretting till nw. till 7/8months it all went very smooth but den one while I was watching a match the screen got blanked .
I waited fr half n hr but nthng happns den I calld the customer care nd I dnt knw wat dey did but dey made it ok. I thought it was one day prblm but it kept on happning on daily basis nd every time wen I calls d customer care people dey smhw use to made it ok. one thing which came to my notice that these prblm generally use to happn on peak time i.e btw 8 to 10 pm or wen sm imp match is going on. den come dis wct20, the ocassion was india vs pak. my intuition told me that prblm may occur again nd I didnt want to miss this match at any cost I Calld the tata sky guys nd very same day they installd the set up box. finally as xpected same thing happnd videocon went blank nd tata sky came to my rescue.
I made the complain two day later technical person of videocon visted my home nd replaced the set top box. it cost me few hundred bucks as well as charges of technical person which has to be paid evrytime he makes a visit. I thought my prblm is solved. but even before a mnth same thing kept on happng. last night I was very eager to watch vijender singh sixth bout I was sitting in front of tv screen it 10:40pm vijender singh enter inside the ring nd suddenly. fck u videocon! that was my reaction. it jst a mnth that I had a new settop box nd dey are again saying that it has ti be replaced as it comes fr only one month warranty but I was told it was fr 3 mnthz. it doesn't matter nw im no more going to continue videocon nt only d2h I will never buy any single item of videocon.rest upto u peopl. du still want to go fr it . its upto u. gud luck
