The customer service is worst! Almost non-existent! I booked my DTH connection online 4 days ago! Paid in full and yet I've not been contacted even once from their side.
The customer service number is not toll free. I've called them numerous times and many times I've waited for over seven minutes after which it just gets disconnected without any customer service representative ever talking to me. I'm wasting money on it and I've not even gotten a dish yet!
I was promised that an engineer would get it fixed for me latest by today and yet I've not even gotten a call from one.
I had heard that their customer service is bad but I didn't realise it was this terrible! I'm half considering to cut my losses and buy TataSky now. At least their customer service works.
