I am using this from 3 yrs. You have to unplug your cable wire from D2H box every 30min -1hr. Dialogue box shows there is bad weather, wait for some time or unplug and restart again. I have complained more than 100 times. Technician comes and they unplug the cable wire and reconnect the cable, they reply- "Sir it will work properly now." We upgraded to HD box. But no change in service, SAME PROBLEM. Every 30mins-1hr remove cable and reconnect it. After some time, that too doesn't work. Sometimes it will take 1 2 3 4, days to adjust your connection. If you complaint, the technician will come. You condemn their response, they will show full attitude. Some times they will argue with you.
Now I removed Videocon D2H few days back. Now I am happy because now I am no longer wasting my time and money.
