I am one of the customer of Videocon D2H services who is not at all happy with the Videocon services whether technical / customer services. Before to this incident I was so happy with Videocon d2h that I recommended four of my family / friends out of which three have already taken the d2h. One in gurgaon, Delhi and noida. Hence I believe the Videocon has got more of their customers from personal recommendations than from your advertisement. But after this incident I would rather discontinue my subscription.


This is the second time when I am facing the same problem. I ordered a on-demand movie (Twilight Saga, 25-sep-2010) initially through PPV but when I received no response than I called up the executive to confirm the same and at the first interaction I was told that the correct movie is subscribed and the movie is playing in the channel 272. But when I checked on 272 I can only see the error E16-4. To resolve this issue I was told to do few steps on which I was requested to be on hold every another step and in the last not sure how but the call was lost. This first call was for 12 mins.


Then again I called up the executive and this time I was told to do very silly checks which made me furious and had to raise the voice as it was already 20 mins.Probably the customer care executive got furious too and when I asked to forward the call to floor supervisor, she sudely said that I have to complete the checks without this she will not forward the call which I found it very rude and my call was put on hold deliberately and I had to hung the call as the executive was not answering  . So even after 50 mins of interaction with the customer care I was lost with unsuccessful execution of the problem resolution.


This time it was beyond my tolerance, for the 1 hr 30 mins movie I have to banh my head with customer care for more than hour. So again I called up the customer care to cancel my movie subscription. Again I had to explain the same thing to the executive but thanksfully he forwarded my call to the floor supervisor (Ankita / Nikita do not remember the name). Now the supervisor is telling me that the movie I booked has not been subscribed but the other movie has been subscribed. again she took my 20 mins to understand the whole issue with lot os sorry's but she cannot CANCEL my movie subscription...


In the end I would not recoomend videocon d2h to any of my family / friends and even my self would change back to Tata SKY or Zee... lets see..
