Videocon D2H.worst service provider ever.facing signal issues since last 7 days. been trying to reach the customer care guys.surprisingly on every call im given a different timeline for engineer visit.unfortunately not one has been adhered to.
After som e 5 calls on my 6 call I asked for a supervisor and waiting for a supervisor to resolve muy issue my call was put on hold for some 15 mins after which I wa stold no supervisor is available right now.dont know what you guys are up to why is one engineer visit that difficult.repent switching to videocon from airtel.if thats the kind of service a customer gets I pity ur existing customers and wonder what they must be going through
