I have complained about remote not working on 17.08.2016, promising that next 24hrs the remote will be replaced, and next day called up and executive saying NO STOCk, fine, no calls after that, again complained on 19.08.2016(complaint no: 422142599), no reply from any F*. and again called up on 20.08.2016(Complaint no: 422499692) again no reply nor attended any of them. and again complained on 21.08.2016(Complaint no: 422893318) the date given to solve is 23.08.2016.
Blady hell, until u come to resolve it, we have to wait, dont you have company morals to solve customer problems within time frame.
Until when we should wait for the the problem to solve.
Bladyhells the problem should be solved by end of the day. thats it.
Hope this mail reaches ur VP or director of the company.
