Please don't go for Videocon D2h.Intially they will attract by low price and later they will enable stupid packages with locking peroid.Customer care is very poor always you have to be in queue for hours and you don't know whom you need to ask for help.If any issue comes they will come in 5 or 6 working days to resolve, for that one also you need to pay service charge+ bribe+ some other charges.
Software and Hardware: coming to firm ware and software the D2h remote is very slow and it will respond after 5-7 seconds once you press.Remote behaves very strangely.
If you have Plasma tv, Please don't buy this stupid product.
