I relocated to Mumbai last week and requested for D2h installation at my new address & then problems started -
No engineer came despite 48 hours of commitment of installation
When I called up call center again then 3rd day an engineer came to install the D2H
Engineer didn't have Videocon id card or visiting card when he came & did an extremely poor job of installation
Post installation no channel was visible & d2h didn't have any reception
To rectify it, engineer did something and ended up cutting approx. 2 meter of wire and said now it would work, as expected it didn't work again
Engineer didn't have tape to put on wire joints and connectors with him, first he went out to purchase tape & came after 30 minutes, 2nd time he went out to bring connectors and didn't return at all
I called him over his phone & he said I am out on lunch & would be back in 30 mins, its been >50 hours his lunch is not over
8.I called up(Saturday 4th July-15) complaint no & logged a complaint via no - 310899025, spoke to supervisor(may be Jaishree, not sure of name now), she assured that by Sunday(5th July-15) 4.39 pm request would be resolved
5th July-15, till 11 am I didn't get any call from any one, I called up complaint no again & was assured that by 4 pm complaint would be resolved
Between 12pm till 6pm evening I received at at-least 7-8 calls from phone no- 2653343050, each time a new person called and asked me same question "can you let us know your problem". This is so frustrating when despite logging a complaint & data available in system so many people called to ask what is already available with them & to add to it no one had clue about resolution
Everyone kept repeating one line like parrot - your complaint is registered and would be resolved by 4 pm which then turned to 8 pm and eventually no one came today as well.
This is heights of anti-customer behavior, which I never experienced in Bangalore with Videocon D2H. Mumbai service is extremely bad & people are also unprofessional and uneducated on customer satisfaction.
Today 6th July-15, no one turned up whole day despite giving a commitment, I called up call center again & after waiting for 10 mins for a supervisor got through Nilesh(supervisor), poor chap had no clue & he started asking again “what’s my problem”.
This is customer service at its worst and VIDEOCON D2H is leading the way….
hopefully someone would read this and understand & would take effort to resolve it.
